ContactForum topics, comments and replies display your chosen name, text and publication time. Links and images you share are public when published. The community database does not store guest email addresses, IP addresses or account IDs. To request removal, send the page link through the contact form.
When you use the contact form, the private editorial inbox records your email, optional name, message, topic, language, submission time and selected vacancy. You decide whether to send it. We need an email and message to answer.
We answer correspondence and limit spam based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). For employment steps you request before a contract, we rely on Article 6(1)(b). For statutory data rights requests, we rely on Article 6(1)(c).
The editor can read, reply to and delete enquiries. Hosting and database providers process them to operate the service. Inbox entries expire after 90 days and are deleted on the next inbox visit or submission. Email replies are separate correspondence. The site makes no automated hiring decisions.
