Build a weekly wellbeing journal.

Demo · A reusable structure for recording everyday habits without scores, diagnoses or complicated tracking.

Demo content: original sample text for testing the website layout. Replace or edit before using it as a finished publication.

Choose your fields

Create five headings: date, activities, meals, breaks and notes. Add only the fields you expect to use. A wellbeing journal does not need to record everything, and leaving a field blank is better than guessing.

Write a sample entry

Example: Monday — walked to class; prepared lunch at home; took an afternoon break; finished reading before bed. These are fictional notes included to demonstrate the format. Avoid storing private medical information in a public article or discussion.

Review and simplify

After a week, remove fields that added work without helping you. Keep the journal descriptive. For this demo, the useful outcome is a readable record, not a score or a health claim. Copy the structure into a private note and adapt the labels to your own preferences.
